Billing & Refund Policy
Stripe processes subscription payments on behalf of IndexBox. This policy outlines payment terms, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and non-refundable charges.
1. Payment processing
Subscription fees are charged automatically to the payment method stored in Stripe at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). By entering card details you authorise recurring debits until you downgrade or cancel.
2. Taxes
Pricing excludes VAT and other applicable taxes. Stripe calculates the correct tax based on the billing address and adds it to the charge at checkout.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a cycle begins. Cancellations take effect at the end of the prepaid term unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry. After repeated failures we may suspend access until the balance is settled.
